“I have had the distinct privilege of receiving coaching from Alicia for the past six months. Alicia's style helped me to analyze what I value as a leader and how I demonstrate my values in how I show up with my colleagues. Alicia also leveraged my strengths to help me define my leadership narrative and helped me develop a formal and informal introduction when I introduce myself to partners.

I am deeply appreciative of Alicia's guidance as a coach who cares about me and my development. She pushes me to think hard about my decisions as a leader and is a thoughtful sounding board when problem-solving."
